► If the item you ordered arrives defective, you should contact the manufacturer for warranty service. If you prefer to return it to us for a replacement it will be at your shipping expense. You must contact us within 7-days of receipt for an exact replacement, if available. An RMA number is required! Some manufacturers require you to send the defective item directly to them.
► If you wish to return a non-defective item within 7-days of receipt, a 20 percent restocking fee will apply. If you received the item more than 7-days ago, no refunds are possible.
► Please be careful when ordering to choose the correct item.
► Shipping charges are not refundable. Personal Security Shop does not pay shipping costs for returns, including returns due to defects.
► Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals, blank coupons and/or warranty cards included.
► Returns must follow our return instructions which will be sent to you via email upon your request. Returns that do not follow our return instructions, or where package delivery is refused, will be charged an additional $20.00 fee due to increased return processing costs and packages potentially being returned to the wrong processing address.
► Software, in any format (CD, DVD, download, SD card, CF card, etc.), is not returnable.
► Special orders are not returnable.
► Please allow up to 10-days after your return is received for a credit to appear on your credit card or for your replacement to be shipped to you.
