TERMS OF USE By using the Personal Security Shop web site you signify your agreement to our web site policies as well as to these Terms & Conditions. Personal Security Shop has the right to change or modify such policies at its sole discretion. All materials and content on the Personal Security Shop web site is provided as is and there are no warranties, expressed or implied.
SHIPPING Most of our items ship via UPS Ground with Insurance. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are available for an additional fee.
CREDIT CARDS At the time you place your order we will charge your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
RETURNS > If the item you ordered arrives damaged or defective, you can return it if you notify us via email within 5 calendar days of receipt of the item. Please Email Us for an RMA number (Return Authorization) which is required for your return. > If you ordered an incorrect item and wish to exchange it for a similar item, you must pay the shipping cost to return the incorrect item and the shipping cost to receive the replacement item plus a $5 administrative fee. Please be careful when ordering to choose the correct item! > Shipping charges are not refundable and Personal Security Shop does not pay shipping costs for returns. > Returned items must be never used/mounted in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals, blank coupons and/or warranty cards. > Software, in any format, is not returnable. > Please allow up to 7-days after your return is received for us to replace the item or refund your credit card.
RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER If you return an item without an RMA number (Return Authorization), no refund or replacement will be issued. If you have not provided Personal Security Shop with proof of delivery of the returned item in the form of a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, then no refund or replacement can be issued.
BACK ORDERS Although we make every effort to prevent back orders, occasionally we will sell out of items more quickly than planned. If you order an item that is not available to ship to you within 2-business days after you place your order, we will notify you via email of the back order situation. If you decide to cancel your order because of a back order situation, there will be no order cancellation fee.
ORDER CANCELLATION FEE If you cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment we will charge you a 15% cancellation fee. This excludes back orders.
REFUSED DELIVERIES If for any reason other than freight damage you refuse delivery of your order, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. In addition, shipping charges are not refundable.
IN TRANSIT SHIPPING DELAYS After we have shipped your order, in transit shipping delays caused by bad weather, shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) delays or misrouting or acts of God are not the responsibility of Personal Security Shop.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED We ship many of our orders with a signature required for delivery. If for any reason the delivery company does not obtain a delivery signature, including, but not limited to, the delivery persons failure to request a signature or a signature release they may have on file for your address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen deliveries.
